Kazakhstan Has Repatriated 8,585 Citizens from Middle Eastern Countries

Kazakhstan’s diplomatic missions maintain constant contact with compatriots

Efforts to return Kazakh citizens from the Middle East conflict zone are ongoing. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to the Kazinform news agency.

“Since the beginning of the evacuation from Middle Eastern countries, a total of 8,585 Kazakh citizens have been returned home. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the relevant authorities, continues its work to bring our citizens back from the Middle East conflict zone,” the statement said.

The ministry noted that Kazakhstan’s diplomatic missions in the region continue to coordinate actions on the ground and maintain constant contact with compatriots.

Earlier it was reported that the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yerlan KOSHERBAYEV, held a telephone conversation with Israel’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Gideon Sa’ar, regarding the evacuation of Kazakh citizens from Israel.
