In Kazakhstan, a schoolgirl gave birth to a child fathered by a man who is married to her grandmother. This was reported by astanatv.kz.

The incident took place in the western region of the country. According to the local education department, the teenage girl underwent medical examinations three times over the past six months, but no signs of pregnancy were detected.

The suspect in the crime against the minor is her grandmother’s husband. He is not her biological grandfather.

Local law enforcement authorities reported that the suspect has been arrested. A pre-trial investigation is currently underway.
