On April 5, a fire broke out at Russia’s largest oil terminal on the Black Sea following a drone attack

Vice Minister of Energy Sungat YESIMKHANOV commented on the situation with Kazakh oil after drone strikes on CPC facilities, Kazinform reports.

“According to my colleagues, operations across all our oil export routes remain stable, and exports via the CPC are continuing without disruption. Our colleagues will likely verify all details and provide you with additional information,” the vice minister said at a government briefing.

As a reminder, on April 5 a fire occurred at Russia’s largest oil terminal on the Black Sea due to a drone attack. According to Krasnodar Krai Governor Veniamin KONDRATYEV, drone debris was also found on the территории of several enterprises.

The Ministry of Energy later stated that the acceptance and transportation of Kazakh crude through the main oil pipeline system are being carried out in normal operating mode. Export plans are being fulfilled on schedule.
