Driver and passengers who danced at a traffic light punished in the Abai region

The participants not only broke the law but also deliberately recorded their actions on video “for entertainment”

Police officers have brought to justice a driver and four passengers who, blatantly violating traffic regulations, got out of their car and started dancing on the roadway while the traffic light was red, reports Polisia.kz.

It was established that the participants not only violated the law but also intentionally filmed their actions “for fun.”

The incident, captured on video, caused a wide public outcry.

During the investigation, it was found that a young driver stopped his car at a red light, after which four passengers exited the vehicle and began dancing on the roadway, obstructing traffic and endangering both themselves and other road users.

All participants in the offense were promptly taken to a police station. The driver was held accountable for failing to comply with passenger and cargo transportation regulations. The four passengers were charged with petty hooliganism, expressed in actions that violated public order and citizens’ peace, as well as created a threat to road safety.

The police remind the public that such “entertainment” on the road is unacceptable and can lead to serious consequences. They urge citizens to follow traffic rules and not endanger their own lives or the lives of others.
