At the Kazakh Kurultai, the Adilet party will receive 110 mandates

2.51% of voters chose “Against all”

In Kazakhstan, five parties crossed the five-percent threshold in the Kurultai elections, with the country’s largest party, Adilet, leading, announced Central Election Commission Chairman Nurlan ABDIROV at a briefing.

According to the final vote count, Adilet secured 71.17% of the votes, winning 110 mandates in the Kurultai, he noted.

Next came the Auil party with 6.26% of the votes and ten mandates, followed by Respublica with 5.56% and nine mandates. The Democratic Party Ak Zhol received 5.21%, and the Nationwide Social Democratic Party (NSDP) — 5.11%. Both parties obtained eight mandates each.

The People’s Party of Kazakhstan, with 3.11% of the votes, and the Green Party Baitak, with 1.07%, did not enter parliament.

A total of 2.51% of voters cast ballots “Against all.”

Voter turnout for the Kurultai elections was 74.08% of registered citizens. “9,351,539 voters participated in the election, with turnout at 74.08%,” said Abdirov.
