The first footage of Dastan Satpayev’s training at Chelsea has appeared

The footballer is in excellent spirits and fully focused on his work

Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kairat, Kairat BORANBAYEV, visited Chelsea’s training base in Cobham during his trip to London and met with Kazakhstan national team forward Dastan SATPAYEV. On his Instagram page, he posted a video of Satpayev’s training and wrote that the player is in great mood, fully concentrated on his work, and has already begun a new stage of his career.

“Since the Kazakhstan championship was in full swing, Dastan arrived in London in good physical shape, without a long break. For a young footballer, this is a serious advantage during the adaptation period. It is pleasing to see that many of the requirements and principles of work he encountered at Chelsea were not new to him,” said the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kairat.

He clarified that even at Kairat’s Academy, modern European training standards were deliberately implemented, so he is confident this experience will help Dastan Satpayev adapt faster and unlock his potential.

“But today this story is no longer just about one talented footballer. It is about opportunities for all of Kazakhstani football. About the fact that our children are capable of competing with the best if they receive proper training, discipline, and belief in themselves,” noted the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kairat.

He emphasized that we must stop considering European top clubs as an unattainable dream. This is a real goal that can be achieved through daily hard work, professionalism, and a quality training system.

“I want Dastan’s path to inspire thousands of boys across Kazakhstan. I want every young footballer to understand: your birthplace does not define the limits of your possibilities. They are defined by character, willingness to work, and readiness to become better every day. I believe this is only the beginning. I am confident that following Dastan, other graduates of Kazakhstani football will also join the strongest clubs in the world,” stated the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kairat, stressing that our task is to create this path for them and prove that Kazakhstan can nurture world-class players.
